Logs are most often found as trees in groups of four logs per tree, although there may be more logs per tree. Logs main purpose is crafting wood in order to craft sticks, doors, crates, guns, and anything else that requires wood. Logs are also a ready alternative to using coal for crafting ore. Remember that logs can only be found in Forests and Vertigo Forests. Logs are mined fastest with an Axe. Note: Logs are also an alternative to coal when turning ores into bars, so know when to substitute one for another, as Coal can be important for other items, the same being for Logs.
